About Us
Mission Statement
At Tier One Hockey Development, our mission is to empower hockey athletes to reach their full potential by providing a dynamic and comprehensive training environment. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Through cutting-edge on-ice training, we aim to not only enhance players' skills but also instill a passion for the game and a dedication to a healthy, active lifestyle.

Our Goal
Our goal is to be the premier destination for hockey development, creating a community where players of all ages and skill levels can thrive, succeed, and experience the transformative power of the sport of hockey. With moving back to Dayton, Ohio and my children beginning to take their first steps into the hockey world in 2023, I noticed the lack of additional skill development opportunities for players and teams outside of their allocated practice times within the Dayton area.
What we Offer
With the support of my wife Chelsea, Tier One began offering private lessons in the summer of 2023. Within our first summer we had a fill rate of over 95% with a wide variety of player ages and skill levels — from first-year 8U players all the way to Jr. A hockey players. Since then, we have expanded to offer a wide range of development opportunities including weekly camps, private hockey lessons, small group lessons, and specialized power skating sessions.
